Services & fees
You shouldn't have to book a call to learn what something costs. Here is all of it, including the parts most sites leave out.
Flagship
6 hours across one day — $1,450 — in person or virtual
A full day of preparation and reprocessing with real breaks, built for people who can't carry an open wound between weekly sessions — parents on a schedule, shift workers, people travelling in from out of town. Includes a pre-intensive planning session and a follow-up two weeks later. Often accomplishes what three months of weekly work would.

In network: BCBS NC · Aetna · Cigna. You pay your plan's copay at the time of session and I bill the rest.
Out of network: you pay the full rate, and each month I send a superbill — an itemized receipt with the codes your insurer needs. You submit it through your plan's app or portal and they reimburse you directly, usually a percentage of an “allowed amount” they set, after your out-of-network deductible is met.
Before you commit, call the number on the back of your card and ask three things: what is my out-of-network deductible and how much of it is left, what percentage do you reimburse for CPT 90837 and 90834, and where do I submit a superbill.
Call the member services number on your card and ask five questions. Type the answers here. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere or saved.
Ask: what's my out-of-network deductible?
Ask: how much of it have I met?
Ask: what's the allowed amount for CPT code 90837? This is usually lower than my fee.
Ask: what percent of the allowed amount do you reimburse?
Ask: do I need pre-authorization, and is there a session limit?
4 × $185
After $1,500 of deductible
about $185 per session
This is an estimate, not a quote. Your plan decides what it pays. I give you a monthly superbill with the codes your insurer needs; submitting it is your call and reimbursement is never guaranteed.
Some people choose private pay even when they have coverage. Insurance requires a billable mental-health diagnosis in your permanent record, can limit the number of sessions it will authorize, and may request treatment-plan detail to keep authorizing them. Private pay removes all three.
Good Faith Estimate. Under the No Surprises Act, if you're uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to a written estimate of what your care will cost before you start. Read the notice and download the form →
I hold 4 reduced-fee slots at any given time, set between $85 and $130 based on household size and income. There's no means testing beyond a short conversation — I'll take your word for it.
