Privacy Policy

This website is not a HIPAA-covered channel. The contact form is ordinary web communication. Clinical intake, assessments, scheduling, and records all live inside the secure client portal, which is HIPAA-compliant and covered by a business associate agreement.

What the form collects: your name, email, phone, contact preference, the state you'll be in during sessions, format preference, how you plan to pay and — if insurance — the carrier name only, the general concerns you select, whether you've had EMDR before, whether you're working with another therapist, an optional short message, and how you heard about the practice.

What it never collects: diagnoses, medications, symptom detail, insurance member IDs, dates of birth, or Social Security numbers. Please don't put them in the message field.

How it's stored: submissions are held in a private database with row-level security enabled, readable only by Dana Reyes. They're used to reply to you and, if you opted in, to send the newsletter — never sold, never shared with advertisers.

Analytics and cookies: this site uses no advertising trackers and no third-party marketing pixels. Any analytics used are aggregate and do not identify individuals.

Your choices: email hello@stillwateremdr.com to ask what's stored about you or to have an inquiry deleted. Newsletter emails carry a one-click unsubscribe.
