Terms of Use

This site is educational. Reading it, filling in the contact form, or booking a consult does not create a therapist–client relationship. That relationship begins only when you and Dana Reyes have both signed a treatment agreement in the client portal.

Not for emergencies. This website is not monitored around the clock. If you are in danger or thinking about ending your life, call or text 988, or call 911. Messages sent here are typically read Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm ET.

Not clinical advice. The self-check, the reimbursement estimator, and the Good Faith Estimate are planning tools. They produce estimates and orientation, not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a guaranteed price.

Not a secure health channel. Please keep clinical detail out of the contact form. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected and what is deliberately not.

Licensure. Dana Reyes, LCSW is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. You must be physically located in one of those states during sessions. If you live elsewhere, the contact form will still take your message and you'll get a referral instead of a consult.

Payments. Payments made through the published links go to third-party processors under their own terms. Fees are quoted in US dollars. Published rates may change; the rate in your signed agreement is the one that applies to you.

Third-party links. Links to the client portal, scheduling, crisis resources, and directories are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are their own.

Content. Text and images here belong to Still Water EMDR. Please don't republish them as your own; quoting with a link back is welcome.

Changes. These terms may be updated as the practice changes. Continued use of the site means the current version applies.
