Pay a balance or a deposit.

Regular sessions are charged to the card on file in the client portal the evening of your appointment — you don't need this page for those. This is for intensive deposits, workshop fees, and one-off balances.

Processed by Stripe. Enter any amount we've agreed on. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and most HSA and FSA cards.

Your statement shows SWEMDR — not the words therapy or EMDR. I never see your full card number.

Venmo

Convenient, but read this first: Venmo is a consumer payment app, not a healthcare system. Transactions can be visible to your contacts depending on your privacy settings, and Venmo is not covered by a business associate agreement.

Set your payment to private before you send it.
Leave the note blank or write “services.” Never write a diagnosis, a session date, or the word therapy.
If privacy matters to you at all, use the card option instead.

The details

Intensive deposits are $1,450 total, half due at booking.
Late cancellations inside 24 hours are $95 and aren't billable to insurance.
Receipts arrive by email automatically. If you need a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, that's separate and comes monthly.
